WebCalendar for quite awhile, but always seemed to have issues with exporting schedules into Outlook. I did a few weeks worth of searching and reading online before deciding that WebCalendar Pro from MitriDat was the best answer.
While I did put a link for the software it is… … only so that any interested person can further look on his/her own. It is not in any way a recommendation for the software, nor the company that sells and supposedly supports this program.
The installation on my server was easy. No issues at all. Basic learning of the software such as adding, editing and exporting schedules was also very easy. However, I did have two issues. Below are copies of the two support requests I made on July 16, 2006. (Links have been removed for security reasons.) Just two days after purchasing and installing the software.

Support Request- Remote Calendars
============== Question: ==============
I have tried the remote calendar functions of the Web Calendar Pro software
and neither work. Yes, I did change the paths to fit my installation. Each
call for *.php files that are not included in the zip file-
‘remote_calendar.php’ and ‘remote_homepage.php’. Am I missing something?
Here is where the remote calendar functions should show-
as includes: http://www.highdeserthats.com/******/page–************–**********
Here is where my public calendar is installed:
http://www.highdeserthats.com/******/index.php?calendar=************
I appreciate you time and assistance.

And question number 2-

Guests are editing calendars
============== Question: ==============
I have a calendar set as Public so it can be viewed without creating an
account. This is an order schedule calendar. However, when when viewing the
public calendar link as Guest, they can then click a day, week or month view
and edit the events. This is then saved to the event and then my calendar!
Is there a way to turn off Guest editing of a calendar?
Thank you,
RoxAnne
After 5 days I had not received a response, there were no updates and I was getting a little peeved. An automated response is just not sufficient. So a third message was sent-

How long does it take support to repond?
============== Question: ==============
I posted two tech support questions 5 days ago. As of yet I have received only
the automated response that the messages have been received. I’d like to use
this program but do need some support before it goes live.
I’d hate think I’ve wasted nearly fifty dollars and a weeks worth of time on
this.
I check in every day for a week longer to see if there is any new news. Then I quit, give up, figure it’s a waste of time. I have work to do, right? Otherwise I wouldn’t need this friggin’ calendar software to start with.
Today I log into my ‘account’ to see if there have been any updates. The website says I will receive an email when it has, but I haven’t seen one of those yet. Maybe it was lost in cyberspace.
Oh, yes it has been updated! Today as a matter of fact. All three support requests were officially resolved!
Really?! Resolved? Well, what’s the answer? Where’s the solution? Was that email lost in cyberspace and just didn’t get saved in my ’support account’?
Well, as you can guess I am still peeved. They’ve got fifty of my dollars. Why the heck should they worry about any questions I might have. Done deal. It works.
Fine. Want to play that game? We certainly will. I will call the US office and attempt to speak with a human and get the issue resolved that way. If not, I will be calling the bank that issued the credit card I used to pay you and have the charges reversed. Not only will I get my $49.95 back but you’ll loose the charge back fee on top of it. Oh yeah. And then there’s this post on my blog for anyone typing in MitriDat or WebCalendar Pro in a search engine to find.
