At this time I doubt I will be installing any further Vista releases. If Embird 2006 is released before Vista hits store shelves… … in 2007 (expected January) I“ll give it shot.
So far, in the 4 Vista Versions (Beta 2, RC1, 5728 ) I’ve installed Embird is the only software that I”ve had problems with. My Viking software, Thred, EM2, Machine Cross stitch and others all run fine. While I haven’t installed all of them yet in RC2 I do expect the same results. If I find anything buggy I’ll post here.
My dear Mom has worked her whole life. If not one job, then two and she managed to take care of 5 children practically single handedly. Now retired she and Jim (my stepdad) have remodeled a home, and moved to Tillamook, Oregon. Her new hobbies are stained glass work and ceramics. I am lucky enough to have some of her work. My favorite being a stained glass unicorn that at first glance looks more like… … a heart. I get quite a few comments after the viewer sees what it really is.
Today Mom put up some of her pieces on eBay. The are too cute! If you want one do a seller search for ‘ccrause’. She’s new to all this selling on eBay and the internet and she’s working on getting some more descriptive writing done/posted for the auctions. Be sure to ask her any questions you might have.
Handcrafted Honking Goose Plant Waterer/Tender/Feeder
Plant waterer takes care of your plants while your away, fill with water and place spike in pot….Nice enough to decorate your plants year around. I hand glaze each piece so that only the spike is not glazed so that water may seep in to the plant as needed.

Del.icio.us bookmarks! I found this via RSS feed yesterday and now can’t find which one exactly. Luckily I was smart enough at the time to add it to My Del.icio.us! A great way to keep your bookmarks BTW.
Gmail Skins
Anyhow, if you use the Firefox Browser and GMail you get to class up the plain jane view that Google provides. Sure, it’s clean, ads aren’t so in your face and most of… … the time the pages load quickly. But wouldn’t it be nice if the pages were your favorite color? Sure they would. Here’s what I’ve found- if you are bored with a site’s layout/colors you are less likely to come back very often. Even if it’s a free site. That’s exactly why I use Goowy and not PageFlakes.
Visit the Gmail Skins Link, install the plugin, restart Firefox, and visit GMail. It took a few seconds but I had the GMail Skins settings at the top of the page. Choose your colors and other settings and you’re off! To get back to the Skins Option visit the GMail Setting page.
